Q:     WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

A: 24hrs, 7 days ..thats right and we’re not kidding. We understand the importance of availability so please contact us anytime or at least send an sms during late hours.

Q:     HOW CAN all scope concrete OFFER SUCH COMPETITIVE PRICING?

A:      We have systems in place to reduce costs, such as concrete smoothers from the United States which help speed our work up. We own our own   equipment; we don’t have to hire additional equipment to make up any shortfalls. We also have our own full time staff and don’t outsource.

Q:     WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

A:      Invoices are issued on 14-day terms.

Q:     DO YOU PROVIDE proof of the jobs you completed? Can you provide us with references?

A:      We can provide you with contact details for previous work we have completed.

Q:     DOES all scope concrete HOLD CURRENT INSURANCES?

A:      Yes off course we do. We can provide you with any documentation you need.

Q:     DO YOU NEED TO CONDUCT A SITE INSPECTION IN ORDER TO QUOTE FOR OUR JOB?

A:      Normally, We quote most jobs using drawings. However, if required we’ll come out to your job-site for a meeting and site inspection.
