Allscope Concrete completed the concreting works for the Babylon residential project, developed by Denvell Group and designed by Rothelowman under a design and construct contract. Situated between the expansive Hills District and Sydney’s Western business districts, Babylon Rouse Hill comprised 364 apartments across 11 buildings. The project featured two levels of basement car parking beneath a landscaped podium, communal hospitality areas, common spaces, and communal gardens. It aimed to provide high-quality living spaces in a convenient location with a range of amenities for residents to enjoy.
