All Scope Concrete was awarded the contract through Total Constructions for all the Concreting of the Kennards Self storage facility in Macquarie Park. The five-storey 7,482m2 self-storage facility, including two goods lifts had a base structure including a concrete post-tensioned frame with a structural steel roof portal frame.
Allscope staff along with Total worked within a live environment which meant daily coordination and planning with Kennards operational personnel.

The adoption of a post-tensioned structure with Bondeck floor plates led to a quick and efficient construction.
