Allscope Concrete completed the concreting works for Versatile Construction at the highly anticipated Oran Park Hotel, located 59km southwest of Sydney CBD. Set to become NSW’s largest hospitality dining and entertainment venue, the three-storey development features an expansive indoor/outdoor bistro, lounge, a pizzeria, and an interactive sports bar with multiple large screens. Construction began in 2021, with the main structure now complete and internal fit-outs well underway. The project, developed in partnership with Momento Hospitality and Archebiosis Architects, is scheduled to open its first stage in late 2024, with the second stage set for December 2024.
